Worth to know

Why is TWINO Crowdfunding?

TWINO is crowdfunding as a part of a larger fundraising round. We have allocated a part of our round to the people that matter the most - our community. Our investor community has been the main driver behind our success and growth to €1 billion of funded loans and we want you to be a part of our growth story going forward.

What is Equity Crowdfunding?

Equity crowdfunding is a way for the community and other private investors to support a business by helping it raise capital. In return, investors receive equity, becoming shareholders.

Do I have to invest, if I pre-register?

No. You keep your right to change your decision at any time before you make the investment on our campaign page.

When will the Priority Round begin?

Our priority round starts at the end of June 2022. All pre-registered investors will be notified about the start date at least a week ahead.

How much can I invest?

Investments in our crowdfunding campaign will start at €10 up to a level you feel comfortable with. If you plan to invest above €25’000 please get in touch with our fundraising team directly.

Why should I pre-register?

Our campaign is a limited opportunity to join TWINO shareholders and support us in the next stage of our development. By pre-registering, you will gain access to our campaign materials and investment page as well as the opportunity to invest, a week before we open it to the public.

How do I make a return on my investment?

Investing in a startup is a long-term investment. Return on your investment can happen during a liquidity event such as an IPO or an acquisition by a third party.

Who can invest?

You can participate in TWINO Crowdfunding campaign if you are at least 18 years old. In order to invest during our Priority and Public rounds, you will need an eligible, verified account on our Crowdfunding Partners website (to be announced).

What are the risks of participating in crowdfunding?

Investing involves risks, including loss of capital, illiquidity, lack of dividends, and dilution, and should be done only as part of a diversified portfolio. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the risks associated with equity crowdfunding before making an investment decision.  Investments should only be made by investors who understand these risks.

Where can I find TWINO financials?

You can find TWINO Investments annual reports on our website.

What is the valuation and share price?

Share price, valuation, and our campaign goal will be disclosed to pre-registered investors on our campaign page on the day of the Priority Round launch

What rights will I have as an investor?

As an investor you will have the economic (or “beneficial”) entitlement to the shares you invest in, however tall interaction on a corporate level will take place between TWINO Investments and our Crowdfunding Partner (to be announed), who will vote and communicate on behalf of crowd investors.

Where is TWINO Crowdfunding?

TWINO will hold its Crowdfunding campaign on an established, regulated Crowdfunding Partners platform, to ensure full oversight and transparency both during the investment phase and further post-investment cooperation. We will announce our Crowdfunding Partner to pre-register users in the upcoming week.

What other fintech companies have raised money through Crowdfunding?

Other, successful Fintech startups that have raised money through Crowdfunding include Revolut, Paysend, BUX, TransferGo, Plum and more.
